AutoWeb™ is where the World Wide Web and AutoLims™ come together to allow laboratories to provide their customers with state-of-the-art services. Via a simple web interface, AutoWeb™ enables online retrieval of results, as well as online generation of customer reports. With fully graphic resulting and reporting tools that can be customized per physician - customer service has never looked better.
Results Retrieval
AutoWeb enables users to retrieve their lab results anywhere, anytime. An intuitive interface provides the users with a breadth of options like filtering for results not yet reviewed, cumulative patient displays, on-demand faxing and more. Since AutoWeb is an integral part of the AutoLims suite, results are available immediately upon lab release and web interaction is recorded in the system logs - thus providing the lab with immediate feedback on client usage.
Requisition (Test Ordering)
Based on test pages that you can customize, the requisition screen allows the physician to order all required tests quickly and easily using convenient check boxes. The patient registration screen allows for quick on-the-fly patient registration with a minimal yet complete set of fields. The user can further indicate existing diagnoses, special requests for additional copies of the requisition (e.g. - phone notification), and full requisition-specific billing information that may differ from the patient's standard information, including paying entity, insurance policy number and subscriber.
Additional Functionality
To further enhance clients' and lab personnel access to lab data, AutoWeb enables lab clients access to frequently requested reports, thus providing the client with easier access and lowering overhead on the lab client service people. For lab personnel, AutoWeb provides valuable tracking information such as 'Turn around Time violations Report' and 'Statistical Information Report.'
