    Integrating with the main laboratory module, AutoQuality™ offers laboratory personnel unsurpassed capabilities in ensuring laboratory results accuracy. This revolutionary product uses internationally recognized standards such as Westgard rules, as well as many new and unique features.

    Laboratory Integration
    As AutoQuality™ is integrally connected with the laboratory system, QC (Quality Control) results are received automatically from the laboratory analyzers through the laboratory's internal network connection. The system's setup module enables easy definition of controls, batches and control channels based on the laboratory system's existing setup. In addition, QC failures show up as alerts and flags to the laboratory user, and are indicated on the relevant technician screens.

    Create Your Own Rules
    Unlimited control levels coupled with user-defined Westgard rules can be used to define alert or failure levels on quantitative and semi-quantitative results. As the system supports simultaneous use of current controls and new controls that are still in the testing phase, any desired testing can take place, including "what-if" changes to control constants.

    High Level and Drill-down Review
    QC monitoring has never been easier. Capturing the entire laboratory QC status at a glance with a color coded display grant the ability to drill down and view the instruments that interest you, the violated rules and failure points, with quick reference to history and Levy-Jenings and Cusum displays.

    Multiple Graphs Displays
    On top of complete support for all standard graphs such as Levy-Jenings, Cusum and Youden-Plot, the system further supports multiple graph views (cross control, cross analyzer, etc.) to enable easy comparisons. All graphs and data can be easily exported to MS Excel format for the user's convenience. A flexible documentation mechanism allows documentation of Levy-Jenings analysis, corrective actions, instruments status, or any desired comment category.

    Outcome Research
    The QC integration with the laboratory module shines brightest when it comes to outcome research. Live results data can be analyzed online by test, analyzer, patient age and sex and time period to receive daily averages, medians and standard deviations alongside result distribution graphs.

    Stopping Automatic and Manual Confirmation
    Closing the loop on the laboratory module side, control channel statuses translate to appropriate flags stopping automatic confirmation and requiring specific authorization and comments for approval.

    Additional QC Programs
    Taking QC to the next level, AutoQuality™ supports harmonization programs to ensure intra-analyzer compatibility as well as external QC programs such as NEQAS, CAP, to enable the laboratory to compare its results with those of other laboratories.
