Scheduling and Running Processes Remotely
Large scale computerized systems frequently run several different processes simultaneously, on different servers,  sometimes even at different physical locations. AutoManager™ is a complete and independent system that ensures the smooth operation of the system by providing features to effectively control and monitor such processes including scheduling options and support for the backup server to be used in case of error. By using AutoManager™, processes and programs can be monitored, stopped and launched (potentially on a different server) in a centralized manner from any workstation in the network with no need for direct server access.

Setting the Laboratory Configuration
AutoLims™ rich design allows for numerous configurations of work procedures, screen presentations, field selection within the system, pop-up messages and alerts, etc. The ability to handle and choose from the various options is enabled through a user friendly tool with simple search and drop down options. With the needed permissions the entire system's "look and feel" can change.

System Access Authorization
The comprehensive nature of the Laboratory Information System requires an intelligent tool that will allow the different users to access-only screens, actions and modules relevant to their work procedures. AutoManager™ consists of a sophisticated tool that enables administrators to decide on permissions based on specific actions, users groups, work stations, departments and sites, hence, allowing minimal amount of errors with maximum flexibility while fulfilling all HIPPA regulations.

Load Balancing and Management Queries
AutoManager™ enables real-time monitoring of system load and various processes, through user-defined queries, while several queries may be monitored simultaneously. To improve focus, all monitored values can be assigned 'acceptable' ranges and the system allows for tracking of just values going out of range.

Using  AutoManager™, laboratory managers can visually monitor on a user-friendly graphic format that updates in real time such elements as STAT orders waiting to be performed, calls waiting to be made by client service, requisitions waiting to be collected, tests waiting to be approved, and much more.  AutoManager™ further allows customization of the graphs refresh time, via the scheduler.

Analyzers Interface Control
AutoManager™ allows for control and monitoring of all interfaces to analyzers. The program lets users trace errors clearly on screen and enables them to drill down to the actual communication log.  Thus, the laboratory support team can now understand and handle communication issues faster than ever.

Monitoring Fax/Remote Printers
Completing a control cycle, AutoManager™ allows users to dive into the remote printing / fax queue and trace in real time as requests for transmission are sorted into three categories:  Queued (waiting to be sent), successful transmissions and failed transmissions. A statistics report window allows managers to track success and failure rates by modem and/or client and/or date and time range.

Audit Trail and Log Monitoring
AutoManager™ offers complete logging of all activities and operations in the system. It tracks actions of various groups such as normal actions including placing a requisition or changing a result, system set-up modifications, and attempts to access the system outside allowed permissions.  AutoManager™ features a user friendly interface enabling quick and effective monitoring and sorting of the different logs recorded by the system. This capability enhances the accessibility of the invaluable information stored in the logs and considerably improves monitoring performance, while complying with all regulatory requirements.
