Flexible for Doctors
AutoIVR™ allows doctors to place a call at any time, from any place, punch-in an ID number (or a PIN) and retrieve test results, specimen lists and reports, such as an Abnormal Test Results report.

The system supports multi-line exchanges, thus avoiding busy line signal.
The system is fully automatic and runs in the background on the server. Results are received by AutoIVR™ directly from the AutoLims™ system and are then retrieved directly by doctors, with no need for any intervention on the laboratory technician's side. AutoIVR™ is therefore able to reduce the laboratory costs while improving accessibility to information for the doctor.
