Automatic identification of barcode on forms can automate association for large volume scanning or image processing. AutoClip™ assembles a variety of file formats, from requisition forms and signed ABN's to images from the Pathologist's microscope ro reference laboratory reports. AutoClip™ identifies which files should be delivered to the client and sends them to interested parties in one package, through lab normal automated channels rather than as separate files handled manually.

File Creation
AutoClip™ fully supports all peripheral devices used to record signals as computer files. A few examples include: scanners for text and graphics, digital cameras for pictures and video, microphones for voice, and much more.
Intelligent File Interpretation
AutoClip™ is as smart as it is powerful. Bar-code patterns included in a scanned file can be read by the system and automate association to the relevant requisition. For un-identified images, the system displays to the user the scanned images and asks for assistance.
Efficient Archiving
AutoClip™ introduces a perfect archiving solution which enables sorting by many parameters, such as time of creation, file type, entity to which the file is attached, and more. If the required file is already in storage, the system will refer the user to the specific cassette (or other media) where it is stored.
